1. Your submission of an entry in this competition signifies your acceptance of the terms and conditions as listed here, and any other rules as we may impose from time to time.
2. The competition is only open to UNITEN students.
3. To enter the SIR UNITEN T-Shirt Design Competition, all entries must be completed with the T-Shirt template attached below with a design which includes SIR and UNITEN logos and their individual interpretation of the SIR's personality with no limitations of any creative briefs.
4. A maximum of 4 colors only allowed in each design.
5. All entrants must submit their design in *.PSD or *.AI format with a JPEG thumbnail with the size of (400px x 400px) and equip their entry with any additional notes or remarks that signifies their design, name, ID, IC number, address, contact number, email address and submit it to: sir.uniten[at]gmail.com [This is an email address. Replace the [at] with '@'. We made it this way to prevent spam bots.]
6. The SIR UNITEN T-Shirt Design Competition commences on 24th September 2008. All entries must be received by 11.59pm, 12th October 2008. Late entries, or entries not in accordance with Rule 4 above will not be considered.
7. The judging process will take place in the following manner:-
a) All the submitted design will be pass around SIR board member and voting commence.
b) Design with the highest vote will be selected and choose as the winner.
8. There will be ONE winner whose design will become the basis of the T-Shirt. This design may be modified.
9. All entrants must ensure their entries are original. The Organiser reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries. The Organiser also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or attempting to act in a fraudulent, plagiarism and does not breach rights such as copyright and trademarks. Designs must not in any way libellous, obscene, menacing, threatening, offensive, abusive, fraudulent, criminal or that they infringe the rights of other people or are in any way illegal or otherwise dishonest manner.
10. The Winner of SIR UNITEN T-Shirt Design Competition will be announced publicly on the http://sirshirtdesigncomp.blogspot.com at an appropriate time.
11. All entries and intellectual property rights will be assigned automatically as the property of the Organiser upon submission. Entries will be re-produced at the Organiser's discretion. You are not to re-use any submitted designs for any other purposes.
12. The Organiser will hold and may use personal information accompanying any entries for purposes relating to the promotion and for sending entrants promotional and other material in relation to future offers, information and activities of the Organiser, unless otherwise advised by the entrant at the time of entry. All entrants have the right to inspect and update their personal information at any time.
